Karriview Vineyard Pinot Noir
Wine
Paul Nelson Wines Karriview Vineyard Pinot Noir draws from some of the oldest producing Pinot Noir vines in Denmark, Western Australia. The fruit is handpicked.
During the winemaking, the aim is to handle the wine as little as possible. After fermentation with a whole bunch component, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it matures on lees. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Deep red, Paul Nelson Wines Karriview Vineyard Pinot Noir is a velvety wine with spicy red fruits and structural oak tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
